A brief description on the River Ebro

The ebro River starts off its journey in Fontibre (from the latin, Fontes Iberis) close to Reinosa, in the autonomous region of Cantabria , north of Spain. It flows from the Picos de Europa (mountain range north of Spain), through the valley going towards the east to flow into the Mediterranean Sea. The village where this occurs is Deltebre, the area is most known as the Delta de l'Ebre (Ebro Delta)
